MEDICAL ADVISOR

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage evidence generation projects
• Systematic and qualitative evidence review
• Undertake Medical Writing tasks (Protocol, CSR, Manuscripts, Presentations etc.)
• Contribute in the development of the clinical/pharmacological part of the value dossiers
• Collaborate with internal (project managers, biostatisticians, health economists, etc.) and external (pharma industry, KOLs, decision-makers etc.) stakeholders to ensure comprehensive analysis of clinical evidence
• Act as a medical expert within the company for assigned Therapeutic Area
• Assemble and manage key opinion leader interviews / advisory boards / congresses / workshops / training initiatives for HealThink and its customers

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacology, biology, biomedical or related life sciences discipline
• Experience in evidence review, desk research and medical writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Greek)
• Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant rules and procedures, and to scientific quality and integrity
• Ability to multitask and meet aggressive timelines/deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidentiality and consistency

Desired Skills & Experience

• Work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Knowledge of market access, reimbursement pathways, regulatory requirements or pharmaceutical product management
• Knowledge of clinical research methods, tools and approaches, such as study designs, biostatistics, reference management, abstract/manuscript submission
• Project management skills and experience
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
